Jordan King – 10
I’m a big fan of Jordan King since he currently goes to my old school, and comes from my local area. What’s even more impressive is that in just six F2 races he has managed to get himself into tenth place in the championship. He won’t be competing in the rest of them, but he has done a good job in those six. Jordan is the youngest-ever F2 driver, as well as the youngest competitor in this year’s Formula Renault UK, and is only in his first full year of professional racing.
Jordan didn’t pick up any points in his first race in a wet Spa, but came eighth in the second race after being overtaken by Alex Brundle right at the end. At the Nurburgring he finished 5th then 9th. Brands Hatch was not such a good weekend, and Jordan caused an accident that took out several drivers. But in the second race he picked up a single point to round off a brilliant short F2 career. More please!
