Two GP3 drivers celebrate birthdays today: Lewis Williamson is 23, and Vicky Piria is 19! One-time F1 race winner Vittorio Brambilla also celebrated his birthday today. He won the 1975 Austrian Grand Prix for March, and also drove for Surtees and Alfa Romeo.

Damon Hill qualified on pole for the 1995 Australian Grand Prix, with his teammate David Coulthard alongside him. Michael Schumacher, the world champion, qualified 3rd.
In practice for the 2011 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, world champion Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso both crashed, while the McLarens set the pace.
Seb Morris yesterday won the Formula Renault BARC winter series at Rockingham Motor Speedway. The youngester has had a glittering career so far in racing, and could well be an F1 star of the future.
Sebastien Bourdais, formerly of the Red Bull young driver programme, has committed his next few years to IndyCar team Dragon Racing. The French driver has not yet completed a full season in the series, but managed a fourth-place finish at Mid Ohio this year, even finishing in the top 10 when Dragon struggled under Lotus engines.

Moss also won six F1 non-championship races. In second place is David Coulthard, who took 13 victories in his F1 career. Coulthard finished second once, and third four times.
